    The instructor was amazing the class was a perfect length. I loved her intrucrion style and her music! My main area of feedback for impact in general is that they don’t offer modifications. For exercised like jump squats or burpees many people may not be able to do that based on their physical state or mental state and providing modifications helps to not only made the environment more inclusive but also helps make sure the modifications are done correctly.

    Ilana is such a gem and an incredible spin instructor! She heard me tell the front desk that it was my first time at Prime cycle, and she immediately introduced herself and gave me a wonderful tour of Prime Cycle's beautiful facility! After I had gotten ready and headed into the spin studio, she spent a few minutes helping me get set up on the bike and explained what the monitor at the front of the bike is used for. If you're in the JC/Hoboken/NYC area, you NEED to try Prime cycle! I can't await to come back every time I visit the East Coast 🤍

    I like the 38th street location wayy better than 54th st. The bathrooms, lockers and sauna are modern and super clean. I went at 11am on Thursday and it was empty. I used the studio on the 3rd floor to do my warm up + yoga. And then hit the machines for strength and cardio. Staff was very nice and helpful. This might just be my new go-to.

I come 2-3x week with a variety of teachers but first time with Matty. He used unique movies but also classic poses. There’s something to be said about doing moves for longer to create the shakes which I haven’t seen teachers do in a long time. I was actually sore from this class.

    Narissa was a great instructor and super funny. She was very involved and always adjusting us to make sure we had proper form so we wouldn’t injure ourselves, which I very much appreciated. She did count a lot though, and perhaps this is just my personal preference, but I’m not a huge fan when instructors overcount because then I focus more on the reps than the workout. I just prefer cues into the next set. Other than that, she was great and encouraging and I love how she incorporated a lot of cardio into the workout!

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.
