see all reviewsI showed up for the West African dance class and was turned away because there was a different class occurring. There was no communication that the class was canceled prior, and now the day after, there’s still no communication that the class was canceled. V sad to see the class didn’t happen, so please keep your outlets updated! The instructor’s socials weren’t updated either, despite instructions to check them for updates.

see all reviewsCarli is a wonderful teacher. This class is designed to help you unwind and it delivered on that promise… I noticed a real impact on my mood and stress levels after class. It’s a true hybrid of meditation and yoga, with some of the class purely dedicated to breathing techniques. Carli is passionate about her work and it shows. I will be back!
Meditation Circle's mission is to provide supportive resources and personalized experiences…All-Levels Yoga
see all reviewsThis class was amazing. I left feeling more in tune with my body and over all healthier. The only thing I could say is that the instructor did not spend enough time explaining what to do; he started calling out poses by name and I had to look at the other ppl just to see what to do, then he kept telling me to close my eyes lol. We got through it though. Just wish he would’ve spent time to explain things.
