My treatment was rescheduled due to unavailability during the time. However, Mas Bagus, the Spa Manager was kind enough to inform promptly the available time. The treatment itself last for more than 2 hour as the therapist & me need a quick break during Iftar. The overall experience was great, the ambience, the massage and the facial treatments. But next time I would probably opt for more a full body massage / reflexology.

Brow Bomber service done only once, not my style. Trash bin full on my first visit on 2nd floor (seems not emptied). Hope for improvements, unsure if all branches are like this or just my unlucky visit.
