    SCULPT Full Body - HIP HOP HAPPY HOUR

    Brian’s style of teaching has gotten more dynamic - more encouraging and offering modifications; although I do wish he went around to give hands on corrections. Overall, class was absolute murder. It hurts to laugh, and I was hobbling home after. I would totally return.

    Just the right amount of intensity to make you push yourself and get a sweaty full body workout. The yoga that follows the circuit is rewarding. I recommend Billy; he's motivating and encouraging! He also pays attention to form for safety.
