I don’t know how he does it, but he manages to make sure EVERYONE’s forms are always correct even when there are a bajillion people in class sometimes XD. He also makes sure to remind us how much he cares about our health and well-bing as well as how much he appreciates us. I, and everyone else who has him as a couch, are beyond lucky to be trained by him as a couch and ultimately, know him as a friend.

see all reviewsThe Tokyo Disco class, which is upper/lower body strength training in a circuit format, was really fun and the perfect challenge. Loved how the trainer (coach) stays in the room and corrects form and encourages you. The training area needs a good cleaning. The turf areas are beaten down and slippery; need to be replaced. The space is tight with a good amount of weights on the floor in groupings for people to use. Overall, enjoyed the class and will come back.

Would recommend the instructor use the time moving around the room to correct participants' form and provide modification options, as not everyone is able to do the same movements. Also, would be helpful to ask everyone if they have any injuries as the participants arrive. These are just recommendations based on other workouts I've been to.
