    Great class! Challenging workout for a beginner but I’m told it gets easier than this one. The instructor was super helpful with new movements and explanations. Group was friendly. Parking is challenging due to construction but seems like a great neighborhood place if you live nearby.

    Was in the area for a work meeting and decided to check this place out. Everyone was friendly, worked out at their own pace, and the instructor, Alicia knew my name and made me feel welcome.     Jose was a great instructor. Super enthusiastic and welcoming. I think this class is a good fit for anyone who isn’t looking for something too strenuous. There were quite a few people who were much older (I’m 31). If you want to make it more difficult, definitely add some risers.

    Great, very personal training by knowledgeable PT. Focused on real strength moves: heavy sets of 6-8 reps with time in between. Excited to find a classplass place that does pure strength and not circuit style or CrossFit metcon style. This will be part of my regular routine.
