    Shana is one of the better instructors. Shes very encouraging which helps you get through an intense workout. I just wish Inspire in general would do hands on assist. For the $225 membership a month youd think the instructors would be able and motivated to provide more constant attention with only 10 students per class.

Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

    Sequence was great. So friendly, hands on, encouraging, and welcoming. Lots of variations. The best part was the amount of attention and adjustments she gives to everyone.     Beginner Bungee Workout

    Fun! If youre new to bungee, definitely take this beginner class that covers the basic skills. Instructors were very welcoming and patient. Surprisingly, it was a good workout even though it didnt feel terribly strenuous- I walked out good & sweaty. Class starts with a brief warmup before putting on the bungee harness (jog,shuffle and power skips).Then, you put in special shorts (reminded me of neoprene hot shorts) before being fit with the harness. The instructors help you put on the harness, make sure your bungee is the right length setting, and strap you in. Then, you learn various skills that are built gradually into choreography to a song. It took some getting used to, but was a lot of fun once I learned to trust the bungee. Class ended with a short cool-down stretch. Get there 15-20 minutes early your first time to read and sign a release (yes, the release does allow studio right to video you, which previous reviewer must not have noticed?). Looking forward to next time!

    One of the best workouts I’ve had with ClassPass. Mike was very attentive to this new “boxer” and gave some one on one instruction. The class was very welcoming but you could tell they were a tight-nit community who joke and support each other. If you’re a Gen Xer you’ll appreciate the soundtrack; one of the fist times I’ve seen an instructor actually time a workout to the music - fun! Though new to ClassPass, this studio has been at the game for a long time and it shows. Highly recommended for a kickboxing workout. And thanks, Mike, for helping with the hand wraps!
