She frequently referenced modifications and advancements which made the entire workout accessible for all levels. It was challenging and humbling - I feel the burn already! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heated mat pilates format. Katelynn did an amazing job of navigating us through all the moves and correcting our forms throughout the class. The workout went from sweet to spicy quickly! Be ready to sweat. I left the studio feeling so grounded, energized, and good about myself!
