Roz adjusts and really customises the resistance and movements according to the clients personal situation. You can tell she knows the authentic techniques of pilates where taking movements deeply but slowly and therefore safely is at core. I’ve tried some other studios and teachers before her and can only highly recommend her. The reformer beds are also nice. Only drawback would be the size of the room. But to me a great teacher makes everything! :)
