    Open Gym

    The space was clean and very open to beginners and new people. Machines were variable in type and availability which was nice. Staff was were soooo sweet! And gave me a tour and even a lock after I left mine at home.

    All the classmates were so welcoming and kind. No intimidation as a newcomer which is rare at a gym like this. It’s been over a year since I lifted and Carrie was so approachable, gave great modifications. Definitely helpful that I had lifted before. Looking forward to coming back!
