The studio provides you with cycle shoes (which Ive never used before and love), a large water bottle (to keep), towel, assistance from other team members, complementary fruit, guidance and lots of encouragement. Jana does a great job coaching, mentoring and pushing. The class is competitive in that your progress is posted on a TV along with everyone elses throughout the workout. Im competitive so i love that! Highly recommend!
