I've been doing Pilates for 20+ years and I'm very strong, but I was not prepared for how challenging this class was. Yes, it is based on Pilates in a sense, but it builds on those basic principles with slower movements, longer holds, fewer breaks… I was shaking within the first three minutes and didn't stop until after the class ended. Which is they want to happen, and part of the promise!
