    Hot Flow- 60 minutes

    Great class. Quite challenging but a good number of modifications for beginners. Definitely hands on which I love. Sometimes the instructor could have been slightly more clear about what she wanted us to do next. The room was also a little warm for me. Overall one of the better classes I’ve taken recently though - felt pushed to my limit which is exactly what I’m looking for.

    Great class! Really liked our instructor. The room was warm but not as hot as usual - I liked this temp better but if you’re used to the inferno it might not be what you’re looking for. Otherwise we did some great flows. Have a feeling my quads are going to be killing tomorrow with all the chair poses we did!

    Hard. Really hard. Possibly the hardest Ive done through classpass. But lots of options and modifications to really customize the workout. I have a feeling Im going to be sore for a week... but I cant wait to come back! Trena is pretty great too. Music was a little loud for my taste but not ridiculous. Great class.

    FIT AF PROGRAM

    This workout was AWESOME! Jimmy was the best - he put together a (very challenging) HIIT circuit style workout for ~20 people and still managed to make me feel like I had a personal trainer. He was both fun (joked around throughout class) and serious (making sure everyone’s form was in check). Everyone else at the gym was super welcoming as well. I really got the feeling that this is a big family here, moreso than at any other gym I’ve tried on classpass. I will definitely be back... in a week or so, once I’m no longer sore. This class was tough!

    Loved our new instructor! She led a great class. Even though it was definitely full I still felt like the trainers made their way through and offered good corrections.     This is the perfect beginner yoga class. Patricia is so great at making sure a pose is working for you, youre getting the stretch in the right place, using the right parts of your body and creating a well rounded group of poses to work and stretch the whole body. She makes yoga not intimidating. All equipment is provided too (mat, blocks, strap, blanket, etc.).

    POLE Level 1 (INTRO)

    This was a great combo of strength and cardio! I did not feel like the other class goers were clique y at all like some of the previous posts had said - everyone was very welcoming. As far as the class goes, can push yourself as much or as little as you want here. I didn’t feel like I got as good of a workout in as I was hoping but then was way more sore than anticipated today so it will sneak up on you!
