    Jae-Eman, Tashon and Nancy are the best instructors! Immediately when you walk in the studio, they welcome you and ensure you have everything you need to have a great workout. The workout was intense, targeting various muscle groups, and I appreciated the instructor's guidance to push myself while maintaining proper form. The class struck the perfect balance between intensity and encouragement, making it an enjoyable yet challenging experience. I look forward to continuing with this class and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an effective and uplifting workout as well as a supportive environment. :)

    Wow I was not in the mood but that was a really good work out - kudos to the instructor and studio!! Love the focus on micro muscle strengthening and making it very tough with low impact. Don’t love lunges but unlike many such classes they didn’t over emphasize . Great studio too

    I’ve been wanting to find an exercise class that is both intense, fun and a warm environment. Meliza has such a lovely radiant light and encourages her students to be the best. I am so excited to return to next week’s class. She’s amazing and I feel like I really worked my body out which isn’t always the case with some exercise classes I take. It was nice to feel challenged again. I highly recommend her class.
