    60 Min. KettleBooty (All Levels)

Kettle Booty lived up to its name and so does Patrick!! The class was intense, Patrick is big energy, he curates the best playlist, provides verbal cues and demos each move before the next working set. His class is a bootcamp style class that includes cardio bursts, strength/glute focused moves with kettle bells/weights, utilizes resistance bands above the knees, and has killer core work. He greets everyone as they walk in and make sure newcomers have proper equipment for a successful, fun, and safe workout.

Great workout. You warm up with yoga, then use weights for strength training and cardio, then end with yoga/meditation. The room is heated so you will be sweating a bunch so bring lots of water! Mat rentals are $3. Everyone was welcoming and kind.

I love Colleen! Extremely challenging class but in the best way possible. She’s so nice and sweet, will absolutely guide you through it all: if you’re a beginner, it’s a great way to up the challenge for you but seemingly the same for those that are more experienced.

Amazing class! Elle was a very welcoming teacher and her verbal cues were amazing. From transitions to offering varying levels of difficulty within a pose and thoroughly explaining what your body should be doing, I felt well supported in the flow. The class was definitely hot and I got a great sweat in. Honestly, it flew by and I had a lot of fun. Will definitely be returning!

I feel super supported and encouraged in Diego’s classes. He’s great at getting you to understand how something should feel, not just how it should look; I can put my foot in the right spot but if I don’t engage the right muscles I’m not getting anywhere. I’ve done yoga for years but I can see so much improvement since I’ve started taking class with him.

    RAIN

Absolutely loved the Rain class with Sandra ✨ it was the perfect restorative class that brought inner calm from the long-held stretches, the candles spaced out around the studio creating a warm ambience, and Sandra’s soothing voice and gentle adjustments to deepen the postures. She was so thoughtful providing a sturdier bolster than the one I initially grabbed, or bringing around extra pillows to those who had a hard time leaning forward all of the way. I especially loved inhaling the peppermint oil at the start of class and finishing off in corpse pose while she fanned a lavender scented towel overhead. After the class, I felt calm and balanced. I will definitely be returning and trying other classes 💛

    Hot Girl Pilates

We arrived prior to the scheduled class time and no instructor was there. I called both numbers provided and waited 20 minutes, yet still no one showed up. I’m not sure the misconception but it was extremely unprofessional to have the class as an option and not show up. There was another lady waiting at the door with me and she was just as confused!
