    Always a great moment to push ourself during the workout. Very friendly and pro coach who listen to each participant with care yet encouraging to challenge ourselves.     HKer instructor: private class!!! Outside is an art studio with kids and tweens and teens drawing and painting. They then came in for a group class after my class ended. Boxing has a lot of footwork. Even though it has no kicking, the legs movement is just as much, if not more than other martial arts. The Master showed me how to position my body in an advantageous way to help me defeat my enemy while stopping my enemy from hitting me. Because I am a beginner, I had trouble coordinating my arms, legs, and trunk. I hope with practice, I can move more seamlessly.
