    I had 1 hour of one-to-one personal training with Kyle. He is a Cantonese guy but his English is excellent. The website is in Cantonese so I assumed that the class would be in Cantonese, ????????????? We spent roughly half of the session in 30-second or 2-minute breaks, during which he would offer detailed advice about general sports science and the specific muscles I was using etc. For me, Kyle’s goal of this class was to make sure I am working out properly, not straining certain muscles, etc, rather than calorie burning. As a result, the workout was low intensity, but extremely useful: he is the only person who’s ever actually taught me how to use certain muscles, in my whole life! Very valuable and worth the time.
