Great class as always, I’ve been to many different HIIT classes, this is one of the best which is completely unexpected bcos it’s a yoga studio. Edmund has it figured to a tee! The order and the intensity, and he pays full attention to everyone in the class every single time. Super friendly vibes and the studio has an amazing view.
