    Full Body (60 Minutes)

This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

This was my first time at pure barre and it was fantastic. I'm really glad I took this class because I wanted more than a typical barre class, I really wanted to sweat. Absolutely love that the class is 45 mins and I left feeling exhausted in the best way. The weights make it super challenging but it's totally customizable to your level of fitness. Taryn was sweet and played amazing loud techno music which was great because most barre classes play soft generic pop. She didn't provide a ton of corrections but i didn't mind because i think she respects you're going at your own pace. Pole Dance

Really great class. Lots of individual attention that helped me up my beginner game. I’ve been to other studios for pole and Candace is one of the few gifted instructors that’s clear and specific in giving notes that made it easy for me to understand. Definitely will be back.

    CC Stretch

This was the most unique class I've done in LA! If you do yoga or you feel like hanging off a jungle gym for the deep stretch, this class might be for you. Excellent assisted stretching with bars, springs, rollers, straps, etc. Stefanie is a great guide. I will definitely be back.
