Her guidance was clear and she attended everyone during the class to correct form and offer tips depending on individual strengths/weaknesses. see all reviewsMieke is awesome! She really knows her stuff about yoga, the body, posture and breathing and also read the room well, gauging that a slow flow was preferred! She’s warm, friendly and has such a positive energy. The pace was perfect for me and the other attendee (a friend of mine) with beautiful stretch focused and calming moments as well as sections of flowing. I arrived tired and a bit flat, but left energised, feeling brighter and lighter. Hope to join more of Mieke’s classes in the future.
