    At first I thought the 3 minute rounds were going to be easy but was I wrong! I pushed myself so much and got a really great workout out of it! Thanks for also correcting our form not enough instructors do this! Great class and will be back to his classes.

    Katarina was a great instructor - she was motivating and gently corrected form. It was a small class with a lot of personalized attention. Today the format was a tabata style, several sets of 3 rounds of 2-3 exercises performed for 30 secs each w/ 5 secs rest/transition.

    I’m going to head up the Monty appreciation society! No disrespect to the rest of the team but Monty brought new meaning to battle ropes and lunges! Recognised where I could be pushed harder and was not afraid to make me question my existence! Would love to see what Monty could bring if he ran one of the Saturday circuit classes! Just when I thought SIX3NINE couldn’t get any better!!!!
