BroadwayBEAT / All Levels - YMCA TCR
see all reviewsTaylor’s class is fabulous. He’s so passionate and attentive and ambitious with his choreo! I’d say not for beginners unless you’re ok with feeling out of your depth, but if you’ve got a bit of experience and love a broadway experience, it’s so much fun!

see all reviewsDefinitely a tough class not for beginners, but the instructor is very motivating and encourages you to do what is best for you and your body. The heat helps you push just a bit harder into poses. The front desk and the instructor were both very friendly and the facilities are very nice.

see all reviewsThe instructor, Dan, was absolutely fantastic! The choice of music, the FAB choreography, the vibe of the class and that Dan created…I honestly couldn’t stop smiling from start to finish as this class was so feel good, and made me feel great about myself! I entered the class feeling sad and that quickly changed to joy :) Dance cardio is totally my kind of class :) Dan was motivating, encouraging, and full of energy and enthusiasm. This class is a high energy and incredibly fun class. If you wanna move, strut, dance, get sweaty, and feel super, go to this class with Dan! It’s low pressure and such a boost for physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health. I highly recommend this class. Thanks Dan and Frame Shoreditch!

see all reviewsClass was great. Really hard workout. But the gym itself is a little unkept. Weights weren’t in the right order and just thrown everywhere. Most concerning, the class takes place literally next to powerlifters, so people are dropping barbells with hundreds of kilos on the floor, bouncing just feet away from you. This is a very serious safety risk - and I know it’ll be a matter of time before an injury occurs here. It makes no sense for people to be slamming down heavy barbells from cleans, bouncing it while you’re doing a plank on the floor inches away. Management, please take note.
