    What a great class. Garrett is a great instructor, personable and offers hands on help with form and technique. Very motivating and an overall good workout. I never thought I’d get this much from rowing but he mixes it up well bw rowing, weights and other exercises. Highly recommend his class if you want to get a good cardio workout in.

    I usually do yoga or cycling. This was a good introduction to CrossFit and HIIT training. Victoria helps keep you motivated and moving throughout the 45 minutes. I would caution those not used to strength training to not push yourself too hard as I did and end up hurting yourself.
