    These flow classes with Graham specifically might be my favorite workout class I’ve ever taken. It’s the perfect fusion of yoga and strength. If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class. I look forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays for this class!!!!

    Love the class and the vibe! Jeff is awesome, he really breaks down each movement and makes it all look easy. It’s all basic moves but you’re going to be sweating and feeling like you want more. It’s a great mix of first timers and pros and you never feel left out.
