    The space is open with no sitting lounge so first timers should come at most 10 minutes before class starts. It lists classes starting on the 10, but every class starts on the 15. The workout was fun and circuit style. The trainer helped with form and was encouraging. I liked how there were no specific repetitions so that I could pace myself based on my ability and keep up with the same sets per activity.

    This was SUCH a fun workout! I was very intimidated going in as a beginner to weights and HIIT, but the staff was so attentive and kind. Kayla really came through for me multiple times, walking around and giving me form corrections here and there or showing me how to use equipment. I love that you can pop in anytime, as classes rotate every 7min. It’s a hard workout but it moves so quickly you don’t have time to think about it. It was also the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in! Will be back weekly now!
