    Yoga Sculpt (Body + Arms)

Such a good workout! I loved the vibe of the studio—the lights, the music, and the heat really put me in a good place to get a sweat on. Amanda was so amazing at explaining each move and encouraging us when it got tough. Definitely felt pushed throughout, but that made the savasana at the end all the more rewarding. Great blend of body weight work, transitional yoga poses, weights, and cardio. Definitely coming back!

    Livestreamed Yin & Meditation

Rex has a very thorough and technical teaching style for yin. I found it interesting! The poses were a mixture of challenging and relaxing! The studio is very cozy and a great place to practice in Hillcrest.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Victoria has been the best yoga sculpt teacher I’ve had yet! She was encouraging and motivating and gave adjustments as needed. I liked that the class focused more on strength vs. tons of cardio. Also the music/class playlist was ah-mazing!!!

    Beginning and Intermediate Yoga

I tried Yumi's Beginning/Intermediate yoga class for the first time and it was great. For this level class, the pace is perfect and there are a lot of great poses focusing on flexibility and mobility without being too challenging. They are just enough to get a nice workout and feel relaxed and stretched by the end. Yumi is super nice and the other participants in the class were as well. I'll definitely be going back and would recommend this class to both beginners and low-intermediate level people. Also, there was plenty of parking during the time I went, as there is a dedicated lot for this small plaza that the class is in. Bonus: It's within walking distance of all the great eateries in South mission hills if you want to grab a bite afterwards.

    Feldenkrais for Athletes and Dancers

Overall, I was glad I went but probably will not go back. You don’t need a mat. Arrival and departure were slightly awkward (it was unclear to me that the class was done). The instructor seemed knowledgeable but less than fully engaged. There were no physical adjustments. I think the work is useful and interesting, however, it is subtle and slow paced so would not be enjoyed by someone looking for a workout.
