see all reviewsI rarely ever take classes and this by far has been the best class I’ve yet to take. Angela is hands down the best instructor Ive worked with. Her queues were on point, her energy was high, she was extremely helpful when it came to my poor form, and most importantly the workout was brutal. Cant remember the last time i had such a great workout. Im def coming back and for sure coming to see Angela! Highly recommend taking her class! Thanks Angela!! I Still cant walk !!
