    I’m a newbie and everyone here, including the other classmates, were so welcoming and supportive. Janae was very helpful in explaining each move and proper form, and encouraged me to move at a comfortable pace. Overall challenging class but so worth it!!

    Yin Yoga

    Nikolas was a great instructor and created a very comfortable environment for our practice. I really enjoyed this Yin session, it was great to deepen into all these poses and really stretch after a long work week. I plan on coming in again for another class!
