Also, it is so bright because the front door and windows don’t have anything keeping the light out so it’s hard to look and see the instructor when they’re giving examples

see all reviewsLily was SO sweet, I barely got to class less than 5 minutes early and she walked me through the equipment before class started and gently corrected me if I didn’t understand the exercise she was very thorough and a great instructor and the workout was KILLER in the best way muscles I didn’t know I had were getting worked and I felt every movement it was hands down the best workout I’ve ever gotten and you feel the workout without just feeling tired.
