    90 min- Therapeutic Massage

Amber is amazing. I had a 90 minute massage with her and she met with me before hand and listened to my areas of concern and also gave me great stretching tips I could use afterwards. Highly recommend her. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten (and I go frequently).

Love Marley and this class, but it wouldn’t kill the teachers to get to know their students by first name (not just the ones who come all time time, although I’m at the studio twice a week most weeks with the same teacher and she’s never bothered to learn...but I digress).

This was a great class I really enjoyed it. It was actually my first time cycling and it was very challenging but I enjoyed it because you were able to slow down the difficulty or pace based on your ability. It was really fun going to the beat of the music but if you’re sensitive it is quite loud but I did see that they have earplugs at the front desk

Loved Thomas's energy + the two riders next to him up front. Lots of choreography (some that I've never seen/done before), but you can always opt out and just ride. Someone entered class 10 minutes late and needed help clipping in which was distracting, but otherwise, great ride!

Such a lovely studio - spotlessly clean, spacious and well appointed. Good instruction and music. Just a heads up - this particular instructional sequence had looooooong repeat movements (entire songs worth), so get ready for some mental endurance as well as physical to make it through.

Im giving it five stars bc I genuinely like this gym very much. That being said, I do not like a partner workout. No two people are perfectly matched and it should really be an autonomous workout. Also, because there are no towels provided, and no mandate to bring one (though I do), all the equipment is drenched. Add to that the people working out barefoot, and it can get pretty dicey.

    Black Belt Salsa

This seems like a great school. However for a ClassPass person who reads it and wants to go to dance salsa for a few hours, it is not necessarily a good option. It is a structured school with a progression that starts in front of a white board. It is not just salsa but a variety of dances, and the salsa that is danced is taught on the two. Description and expectations should be clear and complete. This is the only class I walked out of in two years on ClassPass.
