see all reviewsThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

But towards the end of the session, I was much calmer and felt like the weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It’s as if all the negative bottled up energy has subsided. Gina is amazing!!
