LOVED my first class!! Can’t believe I waited so long fearing I couldn’t handle it. The instructor modified the class to better suit me and worked with my injuries. The owner introduced himself and checked up on me to make sure either was doing well. THANK YOU for your kindness and compassion towards me. Definitely will be returning.
