    Okay, the other reviews had me concerned that this workout was going to be impossible, but honestlyit was a great challenge, but I did not die. I preferred this to Barrysthe sprints are harder but you get actual recovery time between sprints. And yesthe warmup is hard, but its also kinda the hardest part. From that point on, you get little breaks between sprints. You definitely need to be in good shape, even for the 101 class, but if youre in good shape, dont be scared off by the other reviews.

    5 stars for Amy shes amazing BUT THIS STUDIO oh my god. Its too small you guys need to move. Nothing more relaxing then starting a class with everyone yapping...when did y7 start making this acceptable? Ive been shushed before and now everyone just talks. Trying to exit the class to go back to my life is ridiculous. I IMMEDIATELY lose my relaxed state as I exit into the studio to a sea of girls who have no idea how to be human.     I really enjoyed Angeline's class. I took her open level class before and she was really tough so I was scared level 2 would be way too advanced for me. I'm comfortable enough with pilates but every instructor is different. She gave great modifications and I always learn new moves when I take her class. I also appreciated that she used props and not just the basic reformer exercises. I'll be back! I used to only go to Marina but now Angeline and Marina are my go to's.

I’ve done megaformer classes at other places and was a bit intimidated by the reviews of solidcore, but Haly went through a friendly overview of the machine before class and gave exceptionally clear cues throughout the workout with positivity as she cheered on us on.     Just Like Om feels well, just like home. I love this place, all the instructors I’ve taken have been top notch and have offered challenging yet adaptable full body workouts. (Much preferable to New York Pilates which is nearly double the price for a pseudo-instagram friendly workout, although with the Christmas lights and gold marble wallpaper, Just Like Om still offers Instagram vibes ????) Angeline is fantastic and consistently delivers the toughest reformer classes ever. Her odd and dry sense of humor is also so amusing and gets me through the never ending pain of holding through 2 minute planks. Please check out Just Like Om and take a class with Angeline, Erin or Michele. Your abs will thank you.

    RUN CAMP SUNDAY (MARATHON TRAINING) 2:00

    Coach Will was awesome to say the least. Even though I was clearly unprepared for a 2:20 run (no hydration pack or treats for the run) he gave me some so that I wouldn't die. It was also nice that he kept pace with me even though it was clear that he could have run A LOT faster than I did. By the end we only made it to the end of the 59th st bridge (13-14 mil) vs back to the studio (~1-2 miles more). I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back for more. Most likely next week!

    This was my first class both at AG Lab and with Robyn. She was a fantastic instructor with high energy and a positive demeanor. Robyn was very helpful when I had difficulty with one of the inversions, and stuck around after class to answer any questions.     Jill was great - plenty of long holds (those dolphins!) mixed with flow, and then some inversions at the end of class. The studio is no-frills by nyc standards, but they have 4 or 5 showers and a big locker room, and the studio space itself is wonderful (and hot :).     I thought this workout was great! Since its a new gym I was the only one in class and therefore got a personal training session which is awesome. Tony was also a really good trainer.     Our class had fewer people so we only had 5 stations with 2 people at each station. Normally it seems to be 6 stations. Each station was 6 minutes long and Victoria did a great job in showing us the moves and coming around to correct everyone. Cardio was light but there were still some.     This studio always surprises me. What a lovely little hidden gem in midtown! The studio is so clean, machines are all brand new, and all the instructors are absolutely top notch. Pilates reformer for me is generally an lower intensity workout, but the instructors at 212 always know how to make sure you feel it the next day!! It was such a fun class.     This was a rejuvenating experience. I have chronic insomnia where not even meds helps, but I got a 7-hour uninterrupted sleep after a session of NuCalm.     The front desk person was very welcoming and friendly- she gave a brief tour of the facility. Its a little odd as far as the setup I think theres a chiropractor who shares the space? I found Erica to be very knowledgeable and really had an understanding of the body and how every move was suppose to work each muscle group. It was a solid class although not something that I would say was exceptionally challenging. Erica made adjustments and spent time with each student during each exercise to correct form and give feedback. Music was old school soul and 80s pop/ which I loved. I would take the class again.

    This class is definitely not a fast, sweaty flow class and that's what I like about it. Class starts off with mantras and dives right into sun salutations. Poses are then held for longer periods of time, which can be challenging at times. I find that this lets you get deeper into the poses and focus on form & the meditation aspect of yoga.     Lmaoooo Megan is a gem! She had me laughing the whole time. This is a great cardio class that will make you sweat and will also make your arms sore. Lots of adjustments for those of us who may have knee issues/need a lower impact workout. Easy to follow along with no pressure if you make up your own moves. welcoming community of classmates. This is what fitness should be. A pure joy! :)

    Wow! This is much harder than it looks! Alexandria was so attentive and helped each student personally with their goals to get each of us in the hoop.
