    I thought this workout was great! Since its a new gym I was the only one in class and therefore got a personal training session which is awesome. Tony was also a really good trainer. He was encouraging and really focused on form to make sure all exercises were done properly. I havent done a workout like this before that was all resistant bands working on a lot of core and balance but I loved it.

    Took this class this morning for the first time and LOVED IT. Great way to start the day! Guthrie was great and very encouraging. I've never done a bootcamp or crossfit class before, but I didn't feel intimidated or made to feel stupid (as can happen sometimes when you're new to a workout). I had a great time and will definitely be coming back for more!

    Brand new studio, so get in now before the word gets out! I was the only attendee of my 6:30 pm class today, and it was no joke. Isaiah is super knowledgeable and designs his workouts to cater to his participants, ensuring that they get the best workout possible, dont injure themselves, and use proper form at all times. No slacking and no hiding! You will sweat and burn and be pushed to your limit, wherever you are in your fitness journey. The workout itself is a mix of bike hills and sprints ranging from 1 to 5 minutes in length, HIIT exercises and core work. Showers available. Be sure to bring a lock for your personal belongings!

    EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) Workout

    Its pretty great. 20 min equals roughly an hours work out. Takes a few sessions to get used to and hard to feel like anythings getting worked. But was soooo sore the days following I new it was on point! Wouldnt advise doing it to much but mixed in with classes its feels like a great buffer. Jacob is a sweet heart.

    I was really unsure of what to expect from this place but was totally impressed! Ended up being the only person so it was like a personal training session (always awesome). Anthony was so friendly, really attentive to form. The workout was only 30 minutes but thats all you need - I was drenched in sweat by the end. Will definitely be back.     It was icy out today so they skipped the tennis ball workout and did "dealer's choice" instead. We went around the circle and each shared a fact about ourselves and a chose an exercise. The number of each exercise we had to do was determined randomly by a deck of cards. And the enduro challenge was 50 squats and 50 squat jumps. Definitely worth the post-blizzard trek!

    Amazing full body workout! My legs feel like jello lol. The trainer, Corbin, has such positive & uplifting energy! The music selection really helped keep my energy up too - which was necessary because the workout was definitely challenging. There were people of all levels in this class and Corbin made sure each workout was appropriate & challenging for everybody. Nice studio, good size, with lots of mirrors so you can see what you’re doing. Definitely would recommend this class!

    This was the very first class so I give David a lot of props for what he has started. The class includes stretching, conditioning, and circuit exercises. You get a nice workout with the combination. The music is upbeat. The studio space is still a work in progress but I didnt have any problems with any workouts. David is very attentive and provides feedbacks to posturing and positioning. Overall, good workout.
