see all reviewsI loved this class . I have done numerous reformer classes in the past , but had never done an advanced specific class before . I wanted to give it a go . It was very challenging , but so fun. We were doing some moves I had never done before . Some sequences I did not succeed in , but it felt like a very comfortable safe place . I never felt awkward or uncomfortable. Instructor was lovely

Great class for all levels, I advised I was postpartum and Molly helped me to get the most out of the class whilst also continuing my recovery post birth. Will definitely be back 😊
