Unlike the high intensity reformer classes with 20 or 30 people, this class focuses on PROPER form and slow, deliberate movements the way that Pilates was meant to be taught. It’s a small class of 6 so she is really able to check manage everyone individually. Coming to these classes has improved the way that I exercise everywhere and I’ve had comments on how good my form is at other gyms, thanks to Melina.

I was greeted with a big smile at the reception and her place is nice and bright with a great view during the workout:) She was great at guiding the workout and giving corrections throughout to make sure I had just the right posture. I had a really fun and challenging workout that fit my level very well. Would definitely recommend for all levels!!!
