    I enjoyed the class and enjoy this studio in general but lately it feels like a lot of new folks are attending class without being aware of etiquette. Bringing their phones into the studio and using them, talking power or advanced classes without knowing proper form or how to do basic moves. I am always happy to see new people in the space but in these cases it is a bit distracting.

    Nathan’s classes are always a great workout. High energy high intensity but adaptable for any age body type and fitness level. He is encouraging and motivating and always has a bright welcoming demeanor. This class is a killer workout, and you’re able to push yourself at your own pace while still feeling motivated and energized by the group!
