    Nathan’s classes are always a great workout. High energy high intensity but adaptable for any age body type and fitness level. He is encouraging and motivating and always has a bright welcoming demeanor. This class is a killer workout, and you’re able to push yourself at your own pace while still feeling motivated and energized by the group!

    Everyone at this studio was so nice and welcoming! Katrina gave a great class and was helpful in correcting form and made me feel comfortable during my first pure barre class! Challenging and fun! I would make this my home studio if I lived in the area.
