I had a great experience! Challenging, unique class, and Dana was a terrific instructor. She was warm, welcoming, engaging, and attentive. She corrects your form in an encouraging way and makes sure you're performing the exercises properly, which I definitely appreciated. I really felt like I got expert instruction and a thorough workout in this class.

This class uses muscles you don't even know you have. It is very difficult but it goes at a manageable pace and Nanci is great. She's attentive to form and whether you're doing the exercises correctly and the music is good as well.
