    HIIT Class

    The Camp always brings the energy, always brings the music (sometimes too loud), so some constructive feedback: why so much jumping? Lately, almost half the stations involve jumping which I understand from a HIIT/cardio perspective, but my ankles and knees have taken a toll, while my upper body has been left less challenged. would love to see a better mix of upper body strength training and lower body endurance that is friendlier on the knees. but overall, love the camp!

    Tim was a great instructor! I haven’t worked out in years and he took the time to teach me the correct form and provide alternate exercises that I was more comfortable with. The other people in the class were also very friendly and gave me tips. Will definitely be going again!

    This was an incredible workout! Rodney was a great instructor. The environment was inviting and true to their brand of fitness and exercise for all, across the life course. I have not had an invigorating class to this intensity for a while and I usually do multiple endurance, cardio and strengths training courses weekly. Highly recommended to support this local COMMUNITY gym. Will definitely be back and will try to bring some friends too!
