    This is really Ana amazing workout. Is it challenging?! ABSOLUTELY, I literally swear through my shirt every session and I feel stronger each time. However, I am doing things I’ve never done and the folks in the class are super kind and encouraging. Also the music is great.     Amazing class, the instructor will challenge you while making sure you keep proper form. He starts the class with a 12-15 min warm up that incorporates dynamic stretches, then you work on a strength excerzise, which varies every class (squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.) and then you work on a speed challenge, which also varies per class, and can include battle ropes, ball slams, sand bags, prowler, box jumps... There is a clock which counts down the hour and before you know it, the clock buzzer goes off and you end class feeling accomplished. I can't wait to go back next week. Highly recommend this type of training!
