Very clear instructions and consistently checking and correcting form. She is super supportive and encouraging also. Lionheart gym is awesome. Great space, great vibe, and great classes. Super clear with the instructions for moves, providing lots of options for different levels, moving around the room consistently, and adjusting form when necessary. The class was interesting, with lots of new simple moves that I’ve never tried before. And the studio space is really spectacular. With all glass walls on two sides facing the Hudson River, 30 foot ceiling, and a very calm and serene feeling. Love this studio. Highly recommend.

see all reviewsThis class was really fun! Started with a quick stretch, then moved into a dynamic warmup followed by a circuit. 12 moves total at 6 stations, all giving options to amplify or modify. The instructor was high energy and encouraging. Pretty small space for the strength class which means small class size!
