    Good ab workout. A lot of planks and variations on planks, so maybe a bit boring. But hard. Would be helpful if there was a countdown clock or if the instructor prioritized updating on the time left in an exercise more frequently.

    Basic moves, good for beginners. The space was way too small though!! The single room had 4 treadmills and some weights and 11 of us had to find space between the equipment to do the workouts. Bring your own lock and note that the lockers are small. Also, the gym is inside Cardio Go that's across from Tim Hortons in the path
