see all reviewsInteresting yoga class that focus a lot on breathwork. Place is quite small, but like the idea for having yoga towel, feels cleaner as not touching the mat directly. The room very hot not sure if it’s purposely, but this is not hot class. But overall is a good class

see all reviewsIt was a little difficult to catch up at some parts for beginners. Although the instructor would tell us to go at our own pace, I felt a little anxious when I could not match the speed of the rest. Instructor ensured we are comfortable with physical contact before helping to adjust our pose. When he is coming from behind, he will inform us first before any physical contact. This was nice and felt safe and professional. At some point I did not understand how to get into the pose he told us to, he noticed and came over to help without me asking. That was nice too - it shows he notices all participants despite a relatively big class. Overall a good session; may go back again.

see all reviewsFun first yoga playground class at lab. :) Cheyenne built it up to sort of half a funky crow which was completely new for me and v challenging!!! 🥹 got to do a baby crow along the way which I didn’t know I had in my practice. Appreciate the shower facilities and that they have dedicated cleaners come in in between classes to clean the studio + changing room — this alone earns lab major plus points cause the changing facilities in some studios are 🤢 A good class if you’re looking to expand/deepen asanas in your practice + Cheyenne is like the coolest yogi 이모 I never had. 🥲
