    Really enjoyed the class with Floss. Small intimate class and she adjusted the flow to suit the two of us who attended. Also adjusted me to hold the positions properly which was really helpful!! The Shavasana was so nice as well. An easy 5/5!!!

    Fabulous class! appreciate the instructor asking us to move closer to the front but it also meant we weren't able to spread out much / we had less free range of movement being so close together. Suggest we should be allowed to take whichever mat we want!
