    I love Samantha, she's such a breath of fresh air, always focused on the positive and a super talented yoga teacher. I come every week to her classes and feel so uplifted, strong and grounded when I leave. The rest of that day will always be so much better after having done yoga with her. Can definitely recommend!

    My first time at f45 in Stratford and must I say , it was amazing ! I have been to f45 so I knew what to expect , although it has been a while , I was accustomed to the layout . As soon as I got in, the lady (I didn’t catch her name) explained how I can get started and then I got into the workout . We did a resistance training based workout today which wasn’t so hard but Duncan definitely knows how to challenge you hahah. He pushed me a lot , and was very educative and informative about the workouts . I will deffo be going back again. I felt so fit leaving

    Dean’s HIIT class has a good mix of strength training, conditioning, cardio, and more! Dean is a great motivator and pushes you to exceed your limits. He’s attentive to your form and keeps track of your progress week on week. I would highly recommend.
