Everyone was so friendly and the ambience felt like “we are in this together!!!”. I really enjoyed this class. I’m sad I don’t live here anymore otherwise I would love to workout with these ladies often!!! My brother also joined and had a great time. The class is set up so that you can go at your own pace. We started with a tea break so I could get to know everyone and then jumped right into class. Master Clarke has been practicing this art since he was 6 years old, has been on 2 Olympic teams, has trained FBI and Law enforcement, and has a passion for helping women tap into their inner power.
