I’d say that the cardio class is not great for beginners or people who haven’t worked out in a long time. I definitely wanted to puke lol.

The crew goes out of their way to help and accommodate you as much as possible. Diana is full of energy and has a great selection of music to ride to! Class went by so quick, and I left sweaty and feeling very accomplished! I will continue to attend her classes and perhaps try other ones too!
