    Slow Burn Vinyasa Yoga

Amazing class. Definitely more guided and a little more calm/less cardio than a WeFlowHard - a great way to relax and focus at night. Laura is really clear and gives great cues and corrections.

Justin Timberlake vs. Britney Spears WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

Loved this class! Ashley was an awesome leader. The flow was challenging and very well paced. I typically don’t like hot yoga but this was at a perfect level that made me feel more flexible and invigorated. And the music was everything!! Probably not for beginners but if you already like yoga, this is such a fun and unique way to take your practice to the next level.

All the teachers I’ve taken at LL are amazing. Stefani is just as awesome, but I do find her flow to be even faster moving than some of the others I’ve taken. It’d also be nice if she could provide more adjustments! Otherwise it was a fun flow.

Sara’s class is incredible. I walked in feeling like a blob, I walked out feeling like a boss. Her voice is so soothing, the flows are set at the perfect pace to build a subtle heat, and overall it’s just such a warm and inviting atmosphere to try new things. So lovely!

Really beautiful space, and amazing products! It definitely feels like more of an experience with the ambience. And the room wasn’t too hot - it was just right to help get the blood flowing. The mats are a little slippery so if you’re picky about that, you may want to bring in your own mat (if they’ll let you). Kurt was awesome and I loved the pace of his flow. I wish he did more adjustments around the room, but overall would def come back for him!

First time at box and flow, first time boxing in general. Loved the pacing and instructor was super motivational. Came into class a min behind (my fault) so didn’t get a chance to know the boxing moves beforehand but I was able to pick it up. Got my heart rate going and finished the class feeling amazing. The yoga part is pretty fast paced so it would be best to know those moves going in.

    Pilates (Mat / Open Level)

Merav gave a great class! It was a good mix of restorative work and Pilates strength training. I went in to class today super sore from kickboxing yesterday, feeling out muscularly out of sorts & as though I couldn’t stand up straight. Her clear instruction & expert sequencing brought me back life! I wouldn’t say she’s Classical Pilates but she’s not strictly contemporary either. Everything she taught made sense, was useful and productive.

The adjustments are so good. Kyle really knows what he is doing and I always feel like this class puts me back together. Instructor had an amazing energy and smile!equally fun and challenging. Definitely not for total beginners in yoga, I don’t do HIIT type of workouts so it was hard, definitely sore after, but I really enjoyed it! The music was good but it was a bit hard to hear the instructions with music and fans - luckily there were only 2 other students so I was close to the instructor but can imagine it being hard to follow along in the fuller class. Maybe teachers should get a mic?
