    Love Steve and Switch! It was a fun and high energy class - but it would be great to know more about what to expect prior to the class and introduce more structure to the class. There was a mix of yoga, barre, dance cardio, boxing, and other things.     So the reviews are true, Christine is actually really cool and welcoming. She takes the time to talk to you, remembers your name, asks you about injuries 1:1. She does go around during the circuit correcting form so you don’t hurt yourself. The only thing I don’t like is the warmup because you have to line up with others to do it and it’s not necessarily smooth, like you’re forced to keep up which isn’t a good feeling right off the bat to start or you’re waiting for the person in front of you. Also, since the space is small and because you’re zig zagging back and forth between stations, there’s a lot of times you almost bump into someone or vice versa. That said, it’s a tough, challenging workout and the instructor is really great so I’d still highly recommend it and plan on going back.

    Was happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta. Wish we did more varying boxing combinations but most of the class was new to boxing so it’s understandable. No matter what you’ll still break a sweat if you put all the work into it and the instructors are very motivating.

    Wow she is awesome. Probably a former dancer (you can tell from her grace and posture) which meant she gave excellent, form focused demos. She also teaches at physique57 which means she’s incredibly clear when describing the moves, and actually monitors the class to give individualized feedback. She wasted NO time and was very urgent. The moves were also simple and easy to follow, but extremely effective. She encouraged me- specifically- to increase my dumbbell weight and I SO appreciated that motivation. Thank you for a truly excellent class and I cannot wait to come back!

    Thank you Bradley for an amazing class! This man has so much energy, it’s palpable. He was *literally* bouncing off the walls (you’ll see). I love the HYPE that the Rumble instructor bring to the classes (both boxing and training), which makes it so much fun. Working out doesn’t have to be so serious! Not only is rumble training a great workout, but the amenities are fabulous. They even offer clean towels inside the studio in case your towel gets extra sweaty. The locker rooms are immaculate.     Michael ran an incredible class today. It was awesome that everyone started on treads so the instructions were clear but also he spoke very clearly and was easy to follow. He even corrected my form and that never happens at Barry’s. During some of the floor exercise examples I couldn’t see him but it’s because of the way the room is setup.

    This class is tough and I’m going to be super sore tomorrow. It’s not for beginners but if you’re already somewhat in shape, it’s an awesome workout to add to the mix. Rob is truly flawless as an instructor. He’s friendly and precise and never misses a beat. Gives good adjustments but you should have a decent understanding of Pilates reformer classes before trying this one.

    I was pleasantly surprised by this class. The instructor was really really great- hands on, helpful, authentic & kind with great energy. Usually classes don’t live up to their expectation in regards to classes being hard and a good workout (an example for me would be fhitting room). This class was very challenging and I am still sore two days later. I feel like I finally feel my stomach muscles. I was a little lost and overwhelmed in the beginning of the workout because it moves quickly but kind of just went with it. It’s one I’d definitely try again and encourage others to try.
